A.C.R.C. understands the prime importance of maintaining patient and facility confidence. We will not copy without proper authorizations. All of A.C.R.C. systems are HIPAA compliant.

Our team can organize records to meet specific client needs, tab hospital charts, and number each records page so that patient and location can easily be identified. And these can be custom bound in either two-hole or three-ring binders per client request.

We offer complete online services, which includes ordering documents online, checking their status, and then downloading the documents. This will give you better turnaround on your records. When we receive your request, we’ll start processing it immediately by contacting facilities and scheduling the work. Even though we need the patient authorization on file to complete your order, we’ll process all preliminary work from your online request. So when you’ve sent us the authorization or we’ve acquired it for you, we can quickly copy and get the documents to you. If you have scanning capability, just put in the remarks section that you’ve scanned the authorization and e-mailed it to us. Then you can just click on the contact button and attach the authorization. This will greatly speed up the lag time that this normally creates.

For those whose preference does not include our online features, please submit your requests through the mail, fax, or e-mail. Then we will give you the same priority as those online requests.

Additionally, we have the ability to image your documents to a CD-ROM in a pdf format for ease of viewing on any computer. This eliminates the daily carrying of boxes to and from depositions and the courthouse.
